Your 2-year warranty

Every incubator we sell carries a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. Keep your order details, as we will ask for them if you need to claim. The full warranty terms are supplied with your machine; ask us if you would like a copy before you buy.

How to get help

1. Call or WhatsApp 061 438 3411, or email sales@incubatorpro.co.za.
2. Give us your name, order details and incubator model.
3. Describe the problem. A short video or photo of the display helps us diagnose it quickly, often without a site visit.

Setup training

Every incubator includes setup training, so you know how to set temperature, humidity and turning and how to prepare for lockdown and hatch day. Our free guides cover the rest: temperature and humidity, candling and troubleshooting a poor hatch.

Look after your incubator

• Clean and disinfect the trays and cabinet between every batch.
• Use clean water in the humidity trays and empty them between batches.
• Keep the machine in a dry, shaded room on a level surface.
• Protect it from power surges when the power comes back after load shedding.
